After you’ve designed a form in InfoPath, you can upload it to a SharePoint form library.
This is actually the second closest book, but Head First Servlets & JSP has fewer than five sentences on page 23. I’m pretty sure it has fewer than three, actually. And I, too, will pass on the tagging - not because I fear tagging people who won’t participate, but because I don’t want anyone to feel “left out.” Do it if you want to! Don’t if you don’t!
